If we miss something that was clearly part of the agreed scope, that cost is on us. The only time pricing changes is if you request work outside the original contract. In that case, we write a clear change order and receive approval before moving forward.

Every project receives an estimated schedule before construction begins. You’ll receive start-of-the-week updates outlining what’s happening. If something shifts, you’ll hear about it directly. We coordinate subcontractors early and actively manage the timeline.

Your home will be treated with respect. No smoking on site. No loud music in client homes. Clean language on job sites.
